What we do with your information

When you purchase something from my store I collect information to enable me to fulfil your order. This information includes; your name, delivery address and email address. This is so I can deliver products quickly and am able to contact you if there are any issues. I keep this information safe and will occasionally use it to reach out with a request for a review of my service or to update you with new products.

I will never sell or share your data with anyone.

While browsing my site, the system automatically receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to gather information about your browser and operating system.

When you subscribe to my site, I collect your name and email address for the purpose of updating you about my store and new products. I use a third-party provider, Wix Ascend, to send my newsletters. I gather statistics around the opening of emails and data to help me monitor and improve my newsletter service. Every newsletter contains an opt-out link.

My store is hosted by Wix. They provide me with an online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. Wix, including its service providers and affiliates, have access to information related to my store’s customers allowing Wix to analyse performance, make improvements to their services and products and to provide related services, such as payment processing.

When you provide me with personal information to place an order, complete a transaction, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to the collection, processing and transfer of all data by Wix and any third parties contracted by Wix to assist in the performances of the services.

Is your online shop secure?

Yes it is. Your details such as your name, address etc are sent over a SSL encrypted connection. Online payment are processed securely through Stripe. I don’t store any credit card details on my website at all and I never see any payment credentials, only Stripe has access to your sensitive information.
