Can I have my book order personalised?

How much does delivery cost?

My standard nationwide packaging and delivery service for a Book Order or A4 print order is a flat rate of $9.00. I use NZ Post Tracked Parcel to your door or PO Box. This also includes rural delivery. Standard nationwide packaging and delivery for A3 print orders at a flate rate of $12.50, are sent Courier Post Tracked. Prints are sent flat, packaged in a cellophane sleeve and protected with sturdy cardboard, wrapped in brown paper.
For delivery overseas my flat rate for Australia is $20.00 regardless of how many books or prints you order and Rest of the World $35.00.
Totes, tea towels, cards and notebooks have a letter rate of $5.80 for delivery in NZ.
If you wish to have your order sent via NZPost’s International Courier (tracked, signature required) service please advise me as this will incur an additional cost. Delivery for this service is usually 2 – 6 working days.

How can I pay for my order?

I accept credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed securely by Stripe.
I also accept manual payment via direct debit bank transfer into my ASB account. My account number is 12 3060 0267907 02. Please use your order number as a reference. Please understand that as this method is a little slower I am unable to ship your order until the payment has been cleared. In general payments are cleared the following day, but if a purchase is made on the weekend it will be processed on the Monday.

Are you GST registered?

No.

How long does a delivery take?

I am based in Whanganui  and use NZ Post for all my deliveries. Please note that delivery within New Zealand can take from 2 to 8 days. While I am confident you will receive your order within this time frame I cannot guarantee it. I will provide tracking details for your order.

For international orders I use NZPost’s untracked International Air Small Parcel service. If you would like your parcel tracked please contact me as there is an additional cost for this.
For orders going to Australia, please allow 3 – 10 working days. There is no additional cost for delivery to PO Boxes and rural areas. If you wish to have your parcels sent via NZPost’s International Courier (tracked, signature required) service please advise me as there will incur an additional cost. Delivery for this service is usually 2 – 6 working days.
For all other International destinations please allow 10 working days.

Which delivery services do you use?

I use NZPost Economy Tracked or their standard letter service.

 

Do you deliver outside New Zealand?

Yes, NZPost has a worldwide letter and parcel service to over 220 destinations. Please note that delivery costs will be indicated during the checkout process upon entering your delivery address.

What happens if my order is damaged?
If your order is damaged during delivery please email me as soon as possible, with a photo of the damage, I will replace the damaged goods.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

I will offer a refund on your item if it doesn’t meet consumer guarantee requirements. I don’t provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
