A small day flying endemic moth discovered in 2012 on the Denniston Plateau on the West Coast of South Island NZ.

 

This moth lives in ephemeral wetlands between 640 and 1000 metres above sea level, emerging briefly as an adult from February to March. Its host plant is thought to be Liparophyllum gunnii, alpine marshwort.
