Award-winning Wellington Botanic Garden Artist in Residence 2024, Sandra Morris, takes inspiration from our natural world for her Botanical drawing and painting. Join Sandra in learning tips and tricks for watercolour botanicals using plants from around the gardens.
Once you’ve mastered the skill, you’ll be able to paint your own watercolour botanicals from favourite specimens growing in your own gardens. The class price includes all materials you will need on the day kindly sponsored by Gordon Harris - The Art & Graphic Store.

Learn Sandra's process for creating beautiful journal pages. You will learn the art of careful observation, different journalling techniques and the use of creative hand lettering.
The process of nature journalling brings harmony and a sense of wellbeing. You do not need to be an ace drawer to journal but you will learn the skills of becoming an ace observer and this will lead on to your increased ability to capture the natural world around you in words and pictures.
